OUR WORKS:
Barry Tanner and Associates P/L were the sole waterproofing contractors engaged to carry out all of the waterproofing and precast panel sealant works for this elite project.
The Melburnian was constructed as four separate projects on the one site. It comprised of two 23 level towers, a 10 level tower and 8 four level terraces.
The site was all linked together with 3 basement carpark levels with a podium area above them. The podium area consists of mainly soil, turf, walkways, water features and a swimming pool over.

WATERPROOFING:
Our waterproofing works at the above project encompassed all of the external balconies, internal wet areas, podium, internal stair cases, water features & roof tops.

CAULKING:
BTA Waterproofing carried out the joint sealant installation to all precast panel joints on site.
