OUR WORKS:
Barry Tanner and Associates P/L were engaged to carry out all of the waterproofing and precast panel sealant works for this elite project. Located adjacent Station Pier in Port Melbourne this elite project has helped transform this old portside area into the pristine location that it is now.

Beacon Cove was constructed in four separate stages comprising of four multi level towers on the sites beach front location.

WATERPROOFING:
Our waterproofing works at the above project encompassed all of the external balconies, internal wet areas, podium, water features & roof tops.

CAULKING:
BTA Waterproofing carried out the joint sealant installation to all precast panel joints on site.
